Delete your Royal Hunt account

For the Royal Hunt card game by Royal Hunt

You can delete your Royal Hunt account and the data linked to it at any time, yourself in the game or by asking us. You don't need to give a reason.

Delete it yourself in the game

1. Open Royal Hunt and go to Settings → Connect. Delete account is at the bottom.
2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account closes straight away and the app signs out: you leave your friends' lists and clans, and other players can't find you. If you are in a match, finish or leave it first.

60 days to change your mind

A closed account is kept for 60 days, then deleted for good. Until then, open Royal Hunt on the same phone, or sign in with the same Google account, and you'll be asked what to do:

• Restore my account: your progress, Gold, Gems, items and friends come back (clans need joining again).
• Create a new account: you start fresh, and the old account is deleted for good at once. You can't get it back after that.

A guest account (not signed in with Google) can only be restored on the phone it was used on.

If you can't open the app, ask us and we'll delete it for you. Include your Player ID: the 6-character code on your profile (for example 6M8KM2), also shown in Friends → Search as "Your Player ID".

1. From the game: open Mail → Send Feedback, choose Something else, and write "Please delete my account". Because it is sent from your own account, we know it is you.
2. By email: write to royalhunt.main@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Royal Hunt account" and your Player ID. If you sign in with Google, send it from that Google account's email address so we can confirm the account is yours.

When you ask us, we close the account within 30 days and reply to tell you when it's done. It is then deleted for good after 60 days, or straight away if you ask us to. Once it is deleted for good, your progress, Gold, Gems and items can't be brought back.

What is deleted for good

• Your player profile: name, picture, Player ID, country and state, and any optional details (gender, age, pincode, interests).
• Your Google sign-in link: Google account ID, email address, name and photo address.
• Your progress: level, Clovers, Gold, Gems, items, cards, match history and achievements.
• Your friends and friend requests, your clan membership, and the private and clan chat messages you sent.
• Gifts and likes records, your feedback messages, and your sign-in and notification tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

• For 60 days after you delete it, the closed account is kept so that you can restore it. Nobody else can see it during that time.
• Game activity records (matches played, Gold and Gem changes) are kept for up to 12 months after deletion to keep the game fair and stop cheating. They no longer include your name, email or picture, only a random ID, and are deleted after that.
• Data Google collects when you watch ads is handled under Google's own policies; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
